Terms of Use
Last updated
These are the rules for using League Lore: an app for Sleeper fantasy football leagues with league history and a record book, AI-drafted weekly reports, a lore archive, the Clubhouse chat and its AI Insider, the Desk, and The Book.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to the League Lore iOS app and the website at leaguelore.app. League Lore is operated by Kleos Labs LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company based in Omaha, Nebraska, USA (“we” or “us”). By using League Lore you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use League Lore.
The beta
League Lore is a free public beta for the 2026 fantasy football season, distributed through Apple TestFlight. Nothing is sold in the app. Because it is a beta, features may change, break or be removed without notice.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use League Lore.
- Use an email address you control, and keep your sign-in codes and password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can stop using League Lore and delete your account at any time, in the app under Settings › Delete account.
Sleeper, the NFL and your league data
League Lore reads public league data from Sleeper’s public API. League Lore is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, or any NFL team or player. Their names appear only to describe your league’s data.
The Desk reads your Sleeper leagues, flags lineup problems and shows which players to cheer for and against across your leagues. It does not change your lineup. Lineup changes are made in the Sleeper app.
Commissioners
If you are a league’s commissioner in League Lore, you are responsible for:
- your league’s settings in League Lore;
- the reports you publish, including any you publish to a public share link;
- the Insider posts you approve for the Clubhouse; and
- any group-chat export or other lore source you choose to import.
AI-generated content
League Lore uses AI to draft weekly reports, Insider posts and lore summaries. AI text can be wrong, incomplete or off in tone. The commissioner reviews it before it is published, but you should not rely on it as a statement of fact.
The Book is for fun
The Book shows for-fun odds. It is entertainment only. There is no real-money wagering and no payments in League Lore, and nothing of value can be won or lost through it. Don’t use The Book to arrange or settle real bets.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post and upload. You give us permission to store, display and process it, including sending it to our AI provider, so League Lore can work for your league.
Content you post into a shared league, such as chat messages and lore, is part of that league’s record. If you delete your account, it stays with the league, no longer linked to your account.
Only upload material you have the right to share. A group-chat export includes other people’s messages, so check with your league before you import one.
Acceptable use
When you use League Lore, don’t:
- harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone;
- post hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are;
- post sexual content;
- post spam, or advertise to other members;
- post anything illegal, or use League Lore to break the law;
- impersonate someone else;
- post other people’s private information without their permission;
- try to access leagues or accounts that aren’t yours; or
- interfere with the service, overload it, or scrape it.
League trash talk is welcome. Abuse is not.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. That includes harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam and illegal content.
- Report it. In the app, long-press a message and tap Report. To report anything else, such as a lore entry or a published report, email support@kleoslabs.dev.
- Block them. You can block a league member in the app.
- We act within 24 hours. We review reported content and remove objectionable content within 24 hours, and we remove the accounts of users who post it.
See the Support page for step-by-step help.
Suspending accounts
We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, and remove any content that does, with or without notice.
Our service
League Lore’s software, name and design belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using League Lore as intended. Sleeper data belongs to its owners, and your content belongs to you.
Beta software, provided as is
League Lore is beta software provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that League Lore will be accurate, available, free of errors, or that data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of League Lore.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about League Lore is limited to US $100.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If you got League Lore from Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for League Lore or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple is not responsible for any claims about League Lore, including product-liability, legal-compliance or intellectual-property claims; those are our responsibility, to the extent these terms don’t limit it. You must also follow Apple’s own terms for the App Store and TestFlight. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app. If you keep using League Lore after a change, you accept the new terms.
