This policy explains what League Lore collects, why, who it goes to, and how to delete it. It covers the League Lore iOS app and the website at leaguelore.app. “We” and “us” mean Kleos Labs LLC.
League Lore is a free public beta for the 2026 fantasy football season, distributed through Apple TestFlight. Nothing is sold in the app.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your league: your email address, the Sleeper username you give us, public league data from Sleeper, and what you post in League Lore.
- League data, the lore sources you upload and the commissioner’s report instructions are sent to Anthropic’s Claude models to write reports, Insider posts and lore summaries.
- There are no ads. We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Settings › Delete account.
What we collect
Your account
Your email address. You sign in with a one-time code we email to you. If you created your account on the website, you may also have a password.
Your Sleeper information
The Sleeper username you enter and the Sleeper user id that goes with it. With those, we read public league data from Sleeper’s public API: league settings, rosters, matchups, transactions, and members’ usernames and avatars. This data covers everyone in your league, including members who have not joined League Lore.
What you create
Clubhouse chat messages and reactions, lore entries and lore suggestions, edits to reports, and the photos, documents and group-chat exports you upload to your league’s lore archive.
Notifications
Your device’s push-notification token and your notification preferences.
Optional game-day pilot
If you choose to participate, we record five kinds of account-level activity: linking Sleeper, selecting included leagues, viewing a watch sheet, enabling a brief, and opening a saved brief. Each record contains the event, platform, time, and football season and week when applicable. These records are private to your account. We use aggregate counts to improve onboarding and understand weekly returns; they are not sent to an advertising or analytics vendor.
Pilot events do not contain usernames, league names, scores, roster details, or device tokens. They are kept for 30 days. Turning off participation in onboarding or The Desk clears your pilot event history. Participation is optional and does not affect access to your leagues or reports.
Saved game-day briefs
Saved editions contain your included leagues’ matchup and remaining-player facts at the time they were captured, plus your watch-sheet choices. They are private to your account and kept for 30 days. Brief notifications have a separate opt-in and use Expo to deliver a reminder that opens the saved edition. A notification does not include private scores or league names.
Crash reports
When crash reporting is enabled, the app sends us reports about crashes and errors so we can fix them.
Server logs
Our servers keep basic logs of requests, such as the time, the page or feature requested and the IP address it came from. We use them to keep the service running and to investigate problems.
How we use it
- To sign you in and connect you to your leagues.
- To show your league’s history, standings and record book, and to run the Clubhouse, the lore archive, The Book and your home-screen widget and Live Activity.
- To write AI drafts of weekly reports, Insider posts and lore summaries.
- To check your lineups in the Desk, flag problems and show who to cheer for and against.
- To send your sign-in codes and push notifications.
- To fix bugs, review reported content and enforce our Terms of Use.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it.
AI features
League Lore uses Anthropic’s Claude models. To write a weekly report, an Insider post or a lore summary, we send Anthropic the league data, lore sources and commissioner instructions (the report brief) that piece needs.
Group-chat exports are only imported when a commissioner chooses to import one. An export contains other people’s messages, so commissioners should make sure their league is comfortable with it first.
AI text is a draft. The commissioner reviews and edits a report before publishing it, and approves Insider posts before they appear in the Clubhouse unless they turn on automatic posting.
Who can see your information
- Your league. Members of a league can see that league’s chat, lore, reports and member list.
- Your league’s admins. When you claim a team, the league’s admins see the email address you signed in with, next to your team and Sleeper avatar, so they can check the claim is really you.
- Anyone with a share link. A commissioner can publish a report to a public share link. Anyone who has the link can read that report.
- Our service providers, listed below, only to run League Lore for you.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or when we need to protect the safety of our users or others.
Service providers
These companies process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — our database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel — hosts the website and the API the app talks to.
- Anthropic — the Claude models that write reports, Insider posts and lore summaries.
- Expo — delivers push notifications and app updates.
- Resend — delivers our emails, including sign-in codes.
- Sentry — receives crash reports, when crash reporting is enabled.
- Apple — distributes the app through TestFlight and the App Store. If you send beta feedback through TestFlight, Apple passes it to us.
We read league data from Sleeper’s public API. League Lore is not affiliated with Sleeper.
No ads, no tracking
League Lore shows no advertising. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising, and we don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings › Delete account. You can also email support@kleoslabs.dev and ask us to do it. When your account is deleted:
- Your account and sign-in are deleted.
- Your personal settings, push tokens and notification preferences are removed.
- The team you claimed is released, so someone else can claim it.
- Your email is removed from the league’s claim history.
- Messages and lore you posted in a shared league stay with that league. They are no longer linked to your account, but they still appear under your team, whose name comes from Sleeper.
- Leagues you own pass to another commissioner in that league. If there is no other commissioner, the league stays for its other members without an owner. If no one else in the league uses League Lore, the league is deleted.
Your league’s Sleeper data comes from Sleeper, so deleting League Lore does not change anything on Sleeper.
Your choices
- Turn push notifications off in the app’s settings or in iOS Settings.
- Choose what you post and what you upload to the lore archive.
- Email support@kleoslabs.dev to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Children
League Lore is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email support@kleoslabs.dev and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app.
